Cancellations: It is Black Creek Videos policy to charge the agreed upon and contracted rate for services not performed due to Clients cancellation that occur without a 48 hour advance notice. In the event of a no-show deponent or client, the client will be billed the agreed upon and contracted rate for services.

LIABILITY: Black Creek Video shall not be liable for damages, beyond the hourly fee being charged, for damaged or otherwise unacceptable video caused by circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, equipment and/or tape cassette failure. Black Creek Video is not responsible for acts of nature or acts of God.

Black Creek Video will not assume responsibility nor make any guarantees as to the results or outcome of the contracted project.
